Adjustment of task status
Why does Flowtify make adjustments to icons, colors & names on task statuses?
We are doing these adjustments because some functionalities (app, events, calendar, reports) currently contain different icons, colors and labels in the task statuses. With this adjustment we want to prevent confusion regarding the colors and names of the task statuses.

We will implement the changes by January 15, 2021. Below you will find the current schedule:

Can I view the adjustments in preview in flowtify?
Yes, you can of course view the adjustments at any time within the Beta Phase. To participate in the beta phase, please contact Flowtify Support.
Do I need to install a new update to continue using flowtify?
No, you can continue to use the current app version of the flowtify HACCP app.
However, the icons, colors and labels will still differ from the web dashboard in this case. Therefore, we recommend that you update your devices to the latest HACCP App.
You do not need to update in the Web Dashboard and reports. The update will be performed automatically.
What actions do I need to take?
To prevent confusion, we recommend that you and your users update the flowtify HACCP app.
In addition, we recommend that you inform all flowtify users about the adjustments. You are welcome to use this article to show all users the adjustments.
