Appearance of Checklists

Checklists are displayed on a scheduled basis. They appear and disappear depending on the checklist settings. Checklists are divided into the following categories for a better overview:

• "Upcoming"
  • Checklists appearing in this section start within the next hour
  • Checklists are not yet available for processing
• "Current"
  • Checklists are active and can be edited
• "Finished"
  • Checklists have expired
  • Tasks can no longer be edited
