Digitize self-monitoring, ease daily work
Hygiene, safety, and operational controls as digital routine. Legally compliant, mobile, and team-ready.
Documentation that holds up
flowtify HACCP is a digital self-monitoring solution for food service and retail operators. It records hygiene, safety, and operational checks mobile, tamper-proof, and audit-ready. EU Regulation 852/2004 and equivalent regulations worldwide oblige food businesses to operate an effective HACCP system. What is not documented counts as not done, with legal consequences for owners and operators up to business closures. More about food inspections worldwide →
flowtify HACCP brings this obligation into daily routine. Mobile, tamper-proof, and paperless. Regulations, guidelines, and HACCP concepts can additionally be stored in the app so that staff can access them at any time.

HACCP in daily operations
Whoever has documented knows: everything is done. What is not documented counts as not done. This clarity eases the entire team.
When a check reveals an irregularity, or a required check is missed, the system alerts immediately, optionally with clear follow-up instructions. The responsible person documents the corrective action directly in the app, if needed with a photo, and the entry is tracked until it is resolved. This is the corrective and preventive action loop (CAPA) in daily HACCP work: every irregularity is captured, assigned, resolved, and kept audit-proof.
If the responsible person does not resolve an irregularity in time, flowtify can trigger a configurable escalation across up to four levels. Once a deadline passes, the next role in your hierarchy is notified by email, for example the area manager, then the regional manager, then the head office. Each step follows your existing responsibility structure. At the final level, the entry can be closed to further processing on site. It then remains in the documentation with its last status and stays visible in external inspections.
In practice, managers save around 40 to 60 percent of their time on legal and internal operational checks when using flowtify HACCP. Time that flows back into the business.
The logic holds up in large rollouts. In retail, we have rolled out networks of over a thousand sites within just a few weeks together with our customers. In healthcare, we frequently accompany rollouts with partners where several dozen hospitals of one organization go live simultaneously.
Self-monitoring on your standards
flowtify provides the framework, not the content. What gets checked, at what frequency, and by whom, is defined by the company itself. Whether goods receipt, temperature checks, regular cleaning, workplace safety, or company-internal quality checks, all of it can be mapped in the same logic. Tasks are handled mobile with a few clicks, optionally with photo or signature confirmation.
For those who don't want to start from zero, our templates are there. Built on over ten years of working with companies of all sizes and industries, we offer checklist libraries as a starting point. Adapt them, extend them, or replace them entirely, all of that remains under the customer's control.
This flexibility is the reason flowtify HACCP covers far more than just HACCP. It is the digital tool for any structured self-monitoring in the business.
In interplay with other modules
flowtify HACCP works closely with the other flowtify modules. Temperature incidents from sensors appear directly in the flowtify HACCP app and can be linked to actions there.
The site comparison report forms the basis for target agreements and fair evaluations between sites. Combined with flowtify AUDIT, this creates an additional holistic view of all your company's sites.
flowtify SUPERVISION enables franchisors, external auditors, or consulting partners to gain targeted insight into the processes relevant to them, without blurring internal responsibilities.
