To use a checklist exclusively as a spontaneous checklist, follow the steps below:

Create a checklist
Set the end time in which the "spontaneous" checklist should be finished at the latest
Set the "Repeat" setting to "No repeat"
Save the checklist
Open the flowtify app
Click on the "+" symbol
Select your previously created spontaneous checklist

The spontaneous checklist now appears in the flowtify app.
