What are labels?

These are “keywords” that can be assigned to individual tasks or task templates. Labels allow a detailed view of reports and a detailed sending of notifications.

How can I add a label?

To create a label, follow the steps below:

  • Go to the company level
  • Click on “Labels”
  • Click on the “+” symbol
  • Enter a name
  • Click on “Save”

How do I edit a label?

To edit a label, follow the steps below:

  • Click on a label
  • Change the name
  • Click on “Save”.

How do I delete a label?

To delete a label, follow the steps below:

  • Click on a label
  • Click on “Delete”.
  • Confirm with “Yes”.

How do I see which tasks a label has?

To see all tasks assigned to a specific label, follow the steps below:

  • Click on the desired label
  • Click on the blue arrow at “In use”.
  • Now you can see all tasks with the corresponding label

The view shows you both:

  • All stores in which tasks with the selected label occur, as well as
  • At company level which tasks bear the label
