What are task templates?
These are standardized work instructions that are made available to all stores (e.g: "Clean all work surfaces", "Measure 02°C cooling unit", "Extractor hoods & tubes basic cleaning").How do I add a task template?
To create a task template, follow the steps below:- Click "Task Templates"
- Click on the "+" symbol
- Enter a title
- Optional: Enter a description for the task template
- Optional: Add required confirmation types
- Optional: Add required "signatures"
- Optional: Add "Attachments"
- Set the "Settings"
- Optional: Select a "Label"
- Click on "Save"
How do I edit a task template?
To edit a task template, follow the steps below:- Click on the task template
- Edit the required fields
- Click on "Save"
How do I delete a task template?
To delete a task template, follow the steps below:- Click on the task template
- Scroll all the way down
- Click "Delete this task template"
- Click "Yes".
